Newton, MA
HAUSLANDIA plans and builds framing, drywall, ceilings, flooring, lighting and trim that turn a basement into usable living space for homeowners in Newton.
A finished basement can add a family room, home office, gym or guest suite without changing the footprint of the house. Moisture, ceiling height, egress and mechanicals all need a plan before the walls go up.
Newton is made up of thirteen villages, from Newton Centre and West Newton to Waban, Auburndale and Newton Highlands. Many of the homes here are established, so a remodel has to fit the character of the house while updating how it works.
We start with a free in-home estimate in Newton, then prepare a clear scope and price. Once you approve it, we schedule the work, build it, and finish with a walkthrough so you can check every detail with us. We are licensed and insured.
